'Potatoes Yachni" -Potato casserole: Poach potatoes cut into thick cubes in oil. Saute chopped onion and garlic in casserole with olive oil , add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, salt, black pepper and a little sugar. Deglace with white wine and add tomato pulp and bring to a boil. Dilute chicken broth and potatoes. Cover with double wet baking paper and lid and finish in the oven at 200 C for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Correct taste and consistence if necessary . Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
