35 min work out on the treadmill done! Worked out 20 minutes of that walk with 2 lb weights... 10 min w/o weights... and a 5 min cool down walk to get to 1 mph. For those who just walk and find you get bored real quick, like me!! Work out with light weights... I found counting all the different moves I did made my walk go by like it was nothing. Maybe I found a way to walk and make it fun for me to keep doing it! You will also find you use a lot of different muscles than you even knew you had!!
