✦ A NIGHT FOR HIP HOP LOVERS 'DJ IRIE SCRATCH' ● About: ● DJ Irie Scratch’s career starts in 2009, and although he’s one of the youngest professional DJs in the country, he is already an international DJ. Irie Scratch is a resident DJ at Coo Club in Ios (the main party island in Greece), and he has performed in Switzerland (Schaffhausen), Albania (Tirana), Bulgaria (Sofia), Kosovo (Prishtina, Ferizaj) and in many cities in Macedonia (Skopje, Tetovo, Shtip, Bitola, Gostivar, Struga, Negotino etc.) He has performed at lots of festivals like Big Up SK Fest, Greatest Hits Skopje, Café Del Skopje 3, РЕСПЕКТ (RESPECT), Sound Shift and many others. He has also performed and been a resident DJ at the main clubs in Skopje: Club Colosseum, Club Havana, Club Castro, Club 69, Club B2, Club Paradiso, Kapan An and Club Midnight. Although the main genres played in Irie Scratch’s DJ sets are hip-hop and rnb, you can also hear a lot of dancehall, reggae, jungle and trap. DJ Irie Scratch sometimes performs as a part of the first Macedonian reggae/dancehall sound system – Active Rasta Selectors. He is part of the young hip-hop band Prizemje, and a resident DJ of the rnb sensation DNK and he is well-known for his highly-rated mixtapes. DJ Irie Scratch is a part of the most influential promo and booking agency in Macedonia – Sure Shotz Ent. Sure Shotz has hosted many big names in hip-hop, such as: The Roots, M.O.P., Public Enemy, Kurtis Blow, DJ Premier, DJ Cash Money, Keith Murray, Onyx, Afu-Ra, Guru etc. Irie Scratch is the main writer of the Sure Shotz blog.
