A Private "Policing System" should be established in Karachi. Rangers will do Operation with the help of Official Police. This means that Political and Criminally Polluted "Official Police" will remain in Operation. It was the basic reason of the failure of previous Police Rangers and Military operations in Karachi. Private Security is a better on ground reality as many organizations and high profile people trust Private Security more than the Police. Why dont we enlarge this ideology and apply to Karachi? Karachi should be divided into many small zones. These zones should be controlled by Private Police. Each Zone and Private Police should be commanded by a committee like CPLC.
