A WHOO HOO! moment!!!! JC Pennys stores in Illinois and Indiana helped to prove that it really can be more fun to give than to receive. Store officials in November approached several customers and asked them to pick out any item in the store and then give it as a gift to another shopper. Gifts ranged from jeans and shoes to a sofa and even a wedding ring.
