A post from Joy: Long story short: Saturday (a week ago) I was continuing to have terrible headache so I took my blood pressure. I was 230/186. Saturday - Wednesday it continued, blood sugar were in the high 100s. Tom took me to our doctor. At that time they tried to do a EKG. I started shaking and tremors. The EMS was called and I was taken to Vidant Greenville. I was admitted with possible stroke, HBP, they were not sure what was going on. Spinal tap, CAT scan, MRI, Ultrasounds, and chest xrays. FINAL DIAGNOSIS: 6 days later :Uncontrolled diabetes, HBP, kidney damage, plural infusion ( fluid around lung ) and pneumonia. Thank you all for the calls and prayers. I know the Lord was looking over me. I also know that Tom was looking after me. I am home and relaxing with my dogs and my wonderful husband!
