Almond Crescents: 1 c. softened butter, 1/3 c sugar,2/3 c of ground blanched almonds mix together then add 1-2/3 c. flour,1/4 tsp. salt and mix again. Chill for 30 min. Roll with hands pencil thick.Cut 2-1/2 lengths and form a crescents on ungreased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake @ 325 degrees for 14-16 min.until set not brown. Remove from oven and carefully put on rack when cool dip in a mixture of 1 c.powered sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon .Make sure cookie is completely covered. Pack into tin and keep in a cool place. Enjoy!
