Asparagus and Parmesan Pastries - Recipe 1) cut a 375g pack of ready rolled puff pastry into rectangles and place on baking tray 2) score round the edges of each piece to create a small border 3) mix 6 tbsp marscapone cheese, 3tbsp finely chopped basil, 40g grated parmesan andzest of 1/2 lemon. Spread onto each piece of pastry 4) toss 350g asparagus spears in 1 tbsp olive oil and arange on top of the pastry 5) bake pastries for 20-25 mins at 180C/gas 6 until golden. Serve warm, topped with parmesan shavings
