BE A GRATEFUL PERSON! Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is Gods will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 [NLT] It is not happy people who are thankful. It is thankful people who are happy. Everything may not be perfect in your life, but if you don’t learn to be happy where you are, you will never get to where you want to be. You may not have the perfect job right now, but you should thank God that at least you are employed. Some people would love to have your job. So, fan your flame and go to work with a new enthusiasm. Are you grateful for the home in which you live? You may not be living your dream house, but you should thank God you have a roof over your head. Thank God you’re not homeless, living out there in the streets or under the bridge. You may not have a perfect husband, but you can thank God at least you have somebody to love. Do you know how many people are lonely today? Believe it or not, some woman would be glad to have your husband. Therefore, Be grateful for that man. Be grateful for that woman. Be grateful for the family you are born. Be grateful for the job you have now. Be grateful to God for everything. Quit looking at what’s wrong in your life and start being grateful for what’s right.
