BOCA POST: How quickly the weeks fly by. You would expect time to slow down at retirement....But not here. The BLESSING of busyness!! I have enjoyed some wonderful news this week from family and friends that makes me smile and hope. But also..sad news of friends losing loved ones and another friend diagnosed with cancer. We live in an imperfect world..and some days you just have to say: JESUS, I trust you. Still adjusting to living alone. I have always loved to cook.. but NOT for ONE. I have become a salad queen..then make up for it when out dining with family and friends. Another first for me and my children this week:. Our memorial marker was laid at Davids resting place. It is lovely and I can hear him say....Its perfect. Its strange to see your name.... your date of birth....then a blank space. Makes you want to make the remaining days....count! I missed church last week so I really look forward to being there today. COAN has the best combination of anointed music and preaching. Congratulations to the great ASSEMBLIES OF GOD... celebrating 100 years of ministry to the WORLD. Im proud to be part of this.
