Day team just came in for an update her breathing is really struggling she has an upper respitory infection stridor that can take up to a couple days they are giving her a second steroid today for it. They are giving her epinefrin through Neb treatments every two hours to try to help the struggle she is having. Her lungs and abdomen are working very hard to have her breathe so the oxygen is helping with the blow by method otherwise her oxygen drops to 83 anything under 88 is scary an needs to be monitored. Awake she is breathing better but she is becoming very tired from everything and getting plenty of iv fluids since she still isnt able to keep formula or pedialyte down. She will be here for at least another night to watch her breathing and steroid needed treatments
