Dear Middle School Parents and Students: Starting January 26th, any Little Wound Middle School student that has perfect attendance and no office referrals will earn an end of the year incentive. The end of the year incentive is either an IPod or a bike. Perfect attendance is no absences(excused or unexcused) and no tardies. Also to qualify a student can have no office referrals, no in-school suspensions, no write ups. The opportunity to earn this incentive starts January 26th and goes through May 18th. If students have 95% attendance (excused absences) with no office referrals they will also earn an individual incentive that will be determined. There is also a grade level incentive for each grade. If the students together average 95% attendance per grade level (6th, 7th, or 8th) they will earn a special incentive trip or event for the entire grade. Regular school attendance is very important in helping students be successful academically. We want to reward students that are consistently making good choices for their future and their education.
