Dutssa TeodoraOld German Shepherd Rex, the dog who spend almost all his life at the fountain at the University, is now in a deep depression, due to the whole last events and to his current situation. He was all his life the companion of a beggar, being very faithful and attached to this man. He never bothered or hurt anybody, but unfortunately he did not escape to the dog catchers and in november he was caught and brought to the state shelter in Odai. For luck he spent there just 2 days, due to a Lady who took him out and accommodated him in a private shelter near Bucharest. His conditions here are decent, he gets food, has a separate shelter,but his psychical state is very bad. He rarely leaves his bed and has a lost look. He is in depression because he misses his human companion and his freedom. I make a help call to everyone to help us find him a proper home ideally in Bucharest or near, where he can spend his last years, having his own human and care. He needs a little courtyard but also a warm place because he is very sensitive to cold. We do not think that in the state he is now in he could stand a long travel abroad, so for the moment adoption outside Romania are excluded. Please share!
