Friends Just want to take a minute to wish all my friends this Christmas season a very Merry Christmas and want to say I am so thankful what God has done in my life most of you are friends either thru SHS alumni or church and some I have never met and some wish they have never met me (Ex-girlfriends), my wife says I post too much on Face Book and some of you may agree, but only post things that either inform or puts a smile on your face. God has been so good in my life and just want to share, please do not take this as bragging but as encouragement, when I say I have been at the bottom I have from 1992 till almost 2000 I was completely disabled from two knee replacements and many knee surgeries, walked with a cane and during this time gained up from 175 to almost 240lbs, so yes I have been there. GOD is good! This coming year I have three major plans two large races one in May and one in September both in Chattanooga and of course our last hurrah Picnic at our old SHS school in June all classes invited 1966-1996 God blessed me with a great job here at ELFBC and many great Christian friends, it has been a great and sometimes rough journey! I am like an old car you look at you can see the age and the miles, but I am sweet!!! I also always say “ I am not as good as I once was but am good once as I have ever was!!! Like I said I have come a long ways, but without God first, a very good looking sweet , understanding wife, (Brownie points)a great family and friends I could not have survived! So in saying this I wish to was all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!! Hope your my friend for life, I know you are mine!!! While typing this I got news of my dear friend Bonnie LeCroys mother passing please take a minute and add her family to your prayers! May God Bless! Keith
