From time to time I have trouble falling asleep and Hynpotica really helps me relax and clear my head. Links in the comments. Not to mention my own personal observations. The more important it is that I fall asleep, and the harder I try, the more awake and frustrated I become. The less I care and the less important it is I fall asleep, the easier it comes. I guess the trick is to learn not to put pressure on yourself to try and force sleep. My two cents. :)
