GSC Newbies, please dont use anything other than the salt water flush or Mag07 while on the 10-day GSC. Ive seen some posts/comments and people are using laxatives, Smooth Move Tea, Colon Cleanse, etc. Mag07 is an oxygenating magnesium that is NOT habit forming unlike laxatives, Smooth Move Tea, Colon Cleanse, etc. Someone I know used colon cleanse pills frequently and at colonoscopy time, their colon was black and had polyps. Per their doc, it was due to frequent use of products with laxative type ingredients such as laxatives, Smooth Move Tea, Colon Cleanse, etc. And, some of us are doing several rounds of GSC... If you cant find Mag07 in your area, you can always do the salt water flush or purchase Mag07 online at Amazon. Just dont use laxatives, Smooth Move Tea, Colon Cleanse, etc while on the 10-day GSC.
