Hey cm I want to ask something about when I take my dog walking. This one house their dogs come out and fight with my dog . And the owner just says sorry, but what Im getting at is she sees us coming then she goes in and leaves her dogs out . Every time . Then she comes just saying sorry. What should I do.? I just dont think that is right. I dont have another way to go, because I live 2 houses down road. Please tell me what I should do.
