I am trying to decipher municipal codes and possible violations on the BH Township website concerning overnight parking on residential streets without much luck. There is a car that has been parked for months 24/7 on my street on a dangerous hill on a very sharp curve, in a blind spot. During the day particularly in the afternoon when the school bus is dropping off students the timing is such when Im driving home that Ive had to back up on a hill to let the bus pass because the parked car makes it impossible for any sized cars to pass each other in opposite directions. The parked car has essentially turned this area of the street impassable. From past dealings the car/home owner is unfortunately not neighborly or approachable and Id like to avoid a confrontation. Does anyone know if the car being parked there on a permanent basis is a violation? TIA
