I go to sleep next to Maylea every night, give her meds every day, I research, I take care of a 2 year old while I hold Mayleas hair when shes sick, I put one foot in front of the other every morning and plaster a smile on my face, I cradled Maylea in my lap with an oxygen mask when she couldnt breathe and slept at her feet when there were too many tubes for me to sleep at her side. I pushed her through every sedation, every test, every radiation. I wake up everyday knowing it could be our last and still find the energy to tickle Abbie till she almost pees herself.
