I went to my 3 month pain management follow up today. She told me that I am not allowed to be running and I need to go to physical therapy. I swear they dont read anything in the chart. I finished physical therapy in September and have been running since. I havent taken pain pills since August and the only thing I take now are muscle relaxers for the spasms in my feet. She wrote me a script for a foot massage but told me she had no idea where I would go to get one. I havent quite figured out why I waste an entire day driving to Amherst every 3 months so they can not read my chart and give me prescriptions for stupid things my insurance wont cover anyway.
