In an effort to better communicate school news CGISD has signed up with Remind. This free service allows educators to send text blasts to all subscribers. Simply follow the directions at the bottom of this message, and you will automatically receive any messages sent out to the CGISD community. This is a closed system. We will not have access to each others cell phone numbers. You will not be able to text back. Our hope is to use the service to give updates and reminders regarding delayed openings, school schedule changes, school closings, and any other important event. It is our sincere desire that this tool will make it easier for you to keep up-to-date with CGISD happenings. If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
