Junior Accountants –AC001 Great opportunity for Egyptians (only males) at Leading Company working in Saudi Arabia Require urgent “Junior Accountants –AC001” with below qualifications & experience: Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting. Experience: 2 years of accounting experience in commercial companies. Skills: Very Good Command of English. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts. 2. Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts. 3. Maintains general ledger accounts, prepare adjusting entries for amortizations of prepayments, fixed asset depreciation. 4. Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential. 5. Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with legal requirements. 6. Accounts Payable includes processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. 7. Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required. 8. Banking, processing bank deposits all associated finance entries. 9. Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system.
