Legal Receptionist/ Secretary My client based in Salford is looking to strengthen their team by recruiting Legal Receptionist/ Secretary to join their team. In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 5-6 years legal work experience as a receptionist or secretary. You must also have an understanding of the legal sector and legal jargon. Duties include answering all incoming calls from various legal clients, transferring calls to different contacts, taking detailed messages and emailing through to the contact, organizing diaries, booking conferences and meetings, general administration duties and typing, assisting with the management of the clients and providing an excellent level of service. Candidates must have excellent computer and IT skills and be a confident user of all Microsoft Office packages. It is essential that you possess a very good level of literacy, correct spelling and grammar is essential. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly motivated, organized, able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner, work well within a team and on your own initiative. The successful candidate will be hardworking, reliable, well presented and provide a professional attitude to work at all times.
