Mission Log – P90X Day 75 (Monday) Mission Statement: This is the voyage of P90X, its 90 day mission is to become stronger, to push myself past the point of exhaustion and to make my body do things I never thought possible. To boldly go where I never dared before! Mission Log: Kenpo Today is the start of recovery week of which Yoga was on the schedule, I will be doing Yoga twice this week but I need to push it off until Friday and Saturday due to time restrictions, It is also last week of the big summer rush for my business, I am trying to finish up a project by end of Thursday. I am so glad I am in the final week, I was going to make up for the week I lost awhile back, But I really need this break that is coming. My body is feeling the pressure, But it is my attitude that is suffering, I been starting to question everything I been doing, but I know it’s because I am near the end. I was getting this way with Insanity also for the last two week, Back then I only took 1 week off, and in Hindsight, Maybe I should had taking 2, This time I will take three weeks off, one for each month of the program. I need to really focus on bringing balance to my life, I need to recharge my batteries so to speak, I knew I should have Duracell! Even though I missed 9 days out of the 30 day program, I am really proud of what I accomplished, I kept going at it, I pushed my self beyond what I really thought I was capable of doing. I am already looking forward to my next program. That should be fun, as I am doing combat, Mixed martial arts. Also completed My Katas 1-6, practiced Kata group # 7, Sparring Training and the standard class exercise routine along with the T-Stance Switch and the T Stance to ready stance. Today was weigh in day, I lost 1 pounds, I’m now down to 210.4 from a high of 283 A Total of 73.5 lbs. from beginning of February 2013, I am now only 5.5 pounds away from my first target weight goal of 205, 1 pound lost is not much, but I will take it. I had a couple of days I was not fully on my best behavior. It happens. FYI When I first Started Insanity on Jan 28th 2013, I was 283 pounds. At the end of the 4th month (2 rounds of Insanity) I weighed in at 237 pounds a lost of 46 pounds with Insanity.
