OMG....Whats gotten into me....Forgive me God....An email response I sent after getting another crazy conversation that I simply couldnt understand. Another crazy potential landlord that cluster F***ked something great.....It amazes me how crazy people are. So glad I dodged this nut. Another Linda C Im sure. This has now turned into a muddled conversation where the clarity issues lie with you. I know exactly what I want, need, and can afford based on my professional aspirations, and my current creature needs. Clearly, you dont know what you want to do other than sell the house with all sorts of issues that need to be addressed i.e. window replacement, floors, etc.... ....I just wanted any easy long-term rental i.e. 2-5 years with the option after two years, to make a move on purchasing. (And it may not be her property.) I told you I was working with a reputable firm to help me navigate programs for certain types of properties that Im not familiar with for my journey into home ownership..... (But I didnt feel the need to tell you all of this, because frankly, its not your business.).... ....Im tired of working with homeowners that A.) Want free REAL ESTATE ADVICE, and DONT TAKE IT, and B.) People that make HUGE ASSUMPTIONS about people without knowing all the facts, and finally C.) WORKING with those people (yes, you) who really DONT have a CLUE of what they want to do based out of their GREED and misguided idea of how much their property is ACTUALLY WORTH. Ive grown tired of working with people like you. Youre wishy washy and its a bloody bore when working in business. Oh, one last note....its MOOT, not MUTE. Yes, Im angry with you and Im sick to death of trying to make sense out of CRAZY.
