STUDENT ACTION AGAINST GLOBAL WARMING (in association with Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board) The student has to submit an article articulating various ideas about what students can do to reduce global warming. The article can have a maximum of 1000 words. The entries will be judged on the basis of novelty and practicality of idea, presentation of idea, effectiveness of communication, and sincerity of author. Plagiarism (copy and paste) will lead to rejection. If you are borrowing some idea, then please mention the source specifically. The best five articles will be awarded attractive prizes. Submissions are to be mailed to the email id: gogreennitrr@gmail with the subject “Article for Student Action against Global Warming”. Last date of submission is 23rd March 2014. Participating student should include his/her name, contact no. and college name in his/her article. The best five articles will be presented by their authors according to the following schedule: Date: 29th March 2014 (Saturday) Venue: E-Hall N.I.T. Raipur. Time: 11 am. The aim of the event is to increase the awareness on environmental issues amongst students and bring a creative and engineered solution to the environmental problems.
