The situation is sad and we all hurt and feel for everyone involved. Placing blame and pointing fingers is not going to bring back the life that has been lost. Everyone will have their day of judgement it is not our place. Instead of placing blame we should pray for the families who are involved. O God our Father, in whom is the power of perfect understanding: heal the dissensions which divide us, and bring us back into that unity of love which is the likeness of your nature; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
