We all have routines or what my friend calls'Proceedures'.Case in point.lebron James when he shoots a free throw.Dribble dribble crouch,spin ball from right hand to left and straigten up and shoot.Does it every time.KD 2 dribbles bend the knees,straighten up ,shoot.They do this every every time.I watched this baseball player after every pitch.He would step out of the batters box,hit his cleats with his bat,unvelro both batting gloves and tighten,step back in,hit the plate with the bat and spit.He did this after every pitch.Whats the point,dont have one.Its just amuseing to watch 'Proceedures'
