steen and i are now the proud owners of a nautiraid collapsible tandem kayak. we bought it from a couple in ashland. we listened happily as they recounted tales of paddling in the sea of cortez and around alaska seeing, orcas, humpbacks, and gray whales. i was almost reluctant to take it, as the man began to cry onc we were learning how to disassemble it. that was hard. but we all agreed that there will be more stories to share about travels in this boat. orcas, here we come!
