ta-da! my first ever canning project. fifteen cans of pink salmon. one tsp each, of olive oil. garlic out of the jar, halepeno vinegar, and slices of pepper. and johnnys seasoning salt. i think they all sealed. how do i tell? i can see little dimples in centers of lids. perhaps, if i cant see it, its not sealed? this was way easy. more comming! i put skin side in, not out. looks better, and easier to clean the jars, i read. maybe ill can one silver, from westport?
