--- Earnix is looking for Technical Support and Operations Engineer --- You will be a part of a unique team of professionals which acts as a primary point of contact for our customers, both internal and external, providing technical support and maintaining Earnix production environments. Build deep knowledge of Earnix Insurance and Banking products and infrastructure Manage incidents technically and professionally Interact effectively with customers and internal developers, QA teams and product experts Work extensively with Amazon AWS API - Perform automation and improvements processes Deploy software for various production environments Manage complex monitoring systems and tools Readiness to travel as needed מיקום: רמת גן, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: B.A Degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience providing technical support for enterprise software business applications Basic familiarity with network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, Remote Desktop, DNS) Good Windows Server family knowledge Skills in problem solving and resolution. Out-of-the-box thinkers are welcome! Excellent Interpersonal, writing and verbal skills. Good level of English is a must. Ability to understand and explain technical information, hands-on Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized Advantage: Good knowledge of Amazon AWS (API and programming - a big advantage!) Extensive application support experience working directly with customers Microsoft MCSE/A, CCNA or equivalent certifications Working experience with IBM WebSphere, DB2, Oracle or similar software Familiarity with Linux flavours SQL Knowledge
