--- Full Stack Team Lead --- Full Stack Team Lead מיקום: Tel Aviv-Yafo, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Responsibilities - Manage the Services Team of 2-3 developers - Responsible for completing specific, detailed steps of programming analysis, transforming design specifications into specific description. - Implements assigned software components utilizing the tools and programming languages selected for a given project and platform - Responsible for Code reviews and writing. - Responsible of the coordination with other teams in R&D. - Report risks or any delays in advanced. - Follow up team procedures and their implementations. - Get deeply familiar with the different products. - Committed to team tasks. - Support team members Requirements - 3 year of experience as a team leader - Hands on approach- someone that loves to code! - Experience in Python or Ruby, or PHP on very complicated systems utilizing some form of known MVC (Cake, Zend, etc.) - Rails, JS, Html5, Bootstrap - advantage - Experience building scalable and high performance applications Experience designing and implementing applications in Multi-user, high-volume client/server environments. - Deeply familiar with Web technologies - Excellent communication and an ability to provide front line user support as needed - Self-motivated and able to motivate others - High Level of Technical EnglishBigData experience is an advantage - Eager to learn new technologies
