--- Inside Sales Representative --- As a Zooz inside Sales Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing business for SMB customers. You will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. You will also generate phone-based revenue through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role. Responsibilities: Identifying decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process. Penetrating targeted accounts and generating sales from within the client base. Collaborating with field sales and cross-functional team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Creating and delivering qualified strategic opportunities to outside sales where appropriate. Setting up and delivering sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions. Assisting in creating RFP responses to potential clients. Where necessary, supporting marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. Handling inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converting them into sales. מיקום: עתיר ידע 16, כפר סבא, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Desired Skills and Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of inside sales experience - B2B sales experience - English – Mother tongue Native English - Knowledge of the payments industry – an advantage - Experience working with Salesforce - Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas - Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management - Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques - Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills - Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers - Exceptional verbal/writing communication and presentation skills - Self-motivated, independent with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm - Willingness to work U.S. business hours
