--- Sales Engineer --- As the Sales Engineer, you will provide pre/post-sales technical consulting for Zooz’s prospects and clients. By first understanding and analysing clients’ business requirements the Sales Engineer will provide recommendations for implementation and system architecture and support the entire on-boarding project to completion, ensuring the solution addresses the each client’s requirements. Responsibilities • Supporting the Enterprise and Commercial Sales Teams in presenting the Zooz solution, its technical infrastructure and specific product features • Conducting SOW workshops and project kick-off sessions of varying detail, as required • Communicating progress on multiple simultaneous projects • Listening to and understanding clients’ requirements, determining any gaps and presenting solutions based on available options • The ability to fully articulate the client’s technical requirements internally and to promote internal projects as required by our clients • Providing timely and accurate product information to prospective clients and working with the sales team to resolve merchants’ business problems • Working on significant and unique situations where analysis of the client’s existing technology impacts the success of the sales process • Exercising independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for presenting primary and alternative technical solutions for specific client environments • An appetite to learn and develop an in-depth knowledge of the payment industry, including the differences in technical and product offerings between regions and countries מיקום: עתיר ידע 16, כפר סבא, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: Requirements: • Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to effectively participate in sales presentations and customer visits • Excellent presentation skills (both written and verbal) and ideally experience in producing professional documents • Ability to use a logical, systematic approach to problem solving • Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail • Ability to learn and comprehend the design of a major component of an application or software architecture – a must • Very good level of understanding of web based communication technologies & application architecture • Broad base of technical knowledge, both within the enterprise and across the industry and marketplace • Strong project management skill • Willing to travel abroad
