SimilarWeb SaaS offering provides detailed analytics for any website and any mobile app in the world, to help both large companies and SMBs learn deeply about their market & competitors. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our customer support team and deliver great service to our growing customer base. The role includes addressing customer issues and billing inquiries and serving as a focal point to our first level support. The ideal candidate will possess high work ethic, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for our users and help serve as the voice of the company - Serve as escalation point of contact for potential leads and customer’s complex inquiries - Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve customer issues and continuously improve our processes - Communicate clear and concise explanations to customer issues in writing and/or verbally. מיקום: תל אביב יפו, ישראל דרישות התפקיד: - Excellent communication skills a must - Outstanding English, verbal and written - Willingness to work flexible international business hours and weekends - Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player - Strong analytical skills - Organized and detail oriented - Knowledge and insights into the online marketing space – a plus - Experience in working with Desk or any equivalent support ticketing system – a plus - Previous customer support experience - a plus
