--- System Engineer for Cloud Infrastructure department --- SysAid Technologies Ltd, an international software company providing comprehensive IT management solutions, located in Airport City, is recruiting a Linux System Engineer for a growing Cloud Infrastructure department. The day to day activities includes Support daily operations and help develop strategies to improve availability and utilization of Linux environments, Work closely with developers in supporting new features and services, software releases and troubleshoot problems ,monitor servers for stability and health, analyze results and take both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent and many more. מיקום: דרישות התפקיד: • 2-4 years of Linux Systems Engineering/Administration. • Database administration (MySQL). • Experience with systems automation and configuration management (e.g Puppet, Chef, Salt, CFEngine). • Experience in a production service environment. • Programming ability with at least one of the following: Perl, Python, PHP, or Ruby or a Shell language (bash, korn, etc.). • Knowledge of operational and security best practices • Knowledge of monitoring and trending systems - ie: nagios, graphite, statsd. • Motivated, fast learner and independent with high intellectual skills • Familiarity with cloud environment (vCAC, AWS, EC2, OpenStack, RackSpace, etc.) • Networking experience with switches, routers, and load balancers, as well as an understanding of TCP/IP and network architecture/routing.
