People in blue uniforms or plainclothes being out of control. Supposed to use ones own intelligence and then react, respond in kind. Not react and the think about using some intelligence. Oh and using intelligence does not mean writing a Cover-Up report or a spin doctor public relations press release. Police pepper sprays 4 year old in the Face !!!!!! WoW, if that is true. Well, interesting no one is denying that. Force vs Overreaction - where is he line drawn. A 4 year old. This event is reported to have occurred 4 days prior to the Choke Hold death of a New York City resident - in July. And only coming to light now. This event is part of the July wave. Dear New York - would be nice if the police would stay out of the News for the month of August, unless it is about them doing good deeds - like helping someone ... not beating, killing, spraying, arresting.
