- AVOID EE BROADBAND, EE MOBILE - its probably irrelevant to most of you, but to all those who are looking for a mobile provider or broadband provider, NEVER join EE broadband or EE mobile. Ive had the worst customer service experience of my entire life dealing with them. Its so bad, there is an entire website with thousands of people talking about their awful service. Ill give you the most recent example. In my flat in Aberdeen, there has been NO functioning internet since February. I cancelled the direct debit in June(after my tenant complaining about the lack of service, doing NOTHING to fix it and cutting their phonecalls off about a dozen times). Despite this they are asking me to pay a £144 final bill. (including an £89 early termination fee)
