- Cloud curtain - This image was taken at Lindisfarne in Northumberland. Behind me is Lindisfarne castle, whereas in front me, as you see, was a lovely sunset. I really like the way the grey cloud sweeping across the sky reflects in the water as if it’s drawing a curtain on the scene, and indeed on the day itself. It’s finally hump day in what’s turning out to be a very long week. Can’t wait for it to be a week from now when the major stuff is out of the way and I can look forward to being on my way from Singapore to Japan.
