Well add a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkling of Cheddar cheese to finish. • Cream of Fresh Lemon-Asparagus Soup - glutenfree Im not exactly sure why this lemon-infused soup is so popular, but it is scrumptious and chock full of the refreshing combination of fresh lemon and asparagus. We start with large amounts of fresh lemon and asparagus spears, chicken broth and add a minimum of other ingredients so that the lemon and asparagus are highlighted. DAILY SALADS • House Green Salad - vegetarian - glutenfree A helping of mixed greens topped with purple cabbage, sweet bell pepper, shredded carrot & choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1000 Isle, Blue Cheese Vinaigrette, or Ranch Dressing - all made right here. • Blue Cheese, Fresh Pear and Sweet Georgia Pecan Salad - vegetarian - glutenfree This combination of ingredients is classic and incredibly correct - the mixed greens, topped with slices of fresh pear, compliment the crumbles of Gorgonzola blue cheese and the slightly sweetened pecans beautifully.
