--OCCUPIED LAND ??-- It is stated by propagandist enemies of the state of Israel that Israel OCCUPIES land the West Bank being one example. Is this true? Originally God gave a tiny sliver of land to the descendants of faithful Abraham (Ancient Israel) as an EVERLASTING INHEIRTANCE. Because of unfaithfulness to their God they were dispossessed of their land on two occasions, once in the year 586 B.C.E. and once in 70 C.E.. Gods promise to Abraham was irrevocable. God does not make promises and later change His mind as humans are prone to do. It has never been the intention of God too forever deprive the descendants of Abraham of their land. Here is a letter to the editor I wrote in July 2013, and printed by the Roanoke Times newspaper: The continents of South America, North America, and Australia, may be considered occupied land, forcibly taken from the original inhabitants by the English, Spanish etc. On the other hand, Israel is not occupied land. The land has been given to it by the owner and creator of Earth. Chapter 10 of the Bible book of Genesis explains where the descendants of the three sons of Noah the progenitors of Earths present populations, settled after the Great Deluge---Ham in Africa, Shem in Asia and Japheth in Europe. Approximately 700 years after the Flood, God gave a sliver of land to the descendants of faithful Abraham (the Jews) , as a perpetual inheritance. The land given to them is tiny compared to the *Arab lands (cousins to the Jews). The Bible states that God has plans for the modern Nation of Israel that will bring great blessings to the inhabitants of Earth; but before that can be realized, a special event has to take place to condition peoples of Earth for this reality. All nations (including the U.S) will soon gather against Israel to destroy it. God will intervene to save Israel. (Added: *A marble to a basketball in comparison; so how can the Arab Nations justifiably whine about LAND?? The KORAN (the Muslim Holy Book) two times states that God gave the land of Palestine to Abrahams descendants (the Jews) and many faithful Muslims recognize this and accept it!!)
