- Quieten your mind - Nurture your body - Improve your sleep - Prepare for labour 75 minutes of bliss, every Thursday evening Our prenatal classes are designed for women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. We focus on exercising safely during pregnancy while also preparing your body and mind for the birth of your baby and beyond. Many of the discomforts of pregnancy can be reduced by continued gentle movement and relaxation of key areas. Through guided movement and relaxation, you will increase your awareness of your pelvic, back and deep core muscles, working to strengthen and open your body in preparation for birth. Our prenatal yoga classes include flowing sequences of poses, breath work, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation. Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 16 women per class. We hope that the yoga and mindfulness techniques will help you throughout your pregnancy and labour, whatever your birth plan might be. Email [email protected] to book your spot.
