Social Services and the NHS can act in tandem. - ~ NHS AND SOCIAL SERVICES COMBINATION - KIDNAPPING - COERCION - ORCHESTRATION - PROCUREMENT TO REMOVE A MUCH LOVED FAMILY MEMBER INTO A CARE HOME. ~ OUTLINE :- Maureen Anne Fernandes presents with mild learning difficulties, she is at present living at home with her Sister and father, whilst Hazel Fernandez (her sister) has been her carer throughout this time. Maureen is perfectly happy and content and has been well looked after catered for and cared for by her family, throughout her life. Maureen at the moment is in the LRI with a foot infection. On Thursday the 24th April, Social Services abducted Maureen a diabetic patient from the LRI and took her to The Ark Oak Care Lodge, where they deposited her overnight. They dressed Maureen in MALE prison clothing, which was obtained from another ward. This was a blatant breach of the Human Rights Act, which states that you are entitled to be treated with dignity at all times. Neither Social Services or the hospital informed the relatives, nor did they provide the relatives with a contact phone number. Thereby when the family went to visit at 7.00pm, they could not find Maureen. There was no reason given as to why Maureen was removed from the hospital, nor was there any justification or right to do so, other than an assumptive right. Of course the Hospital defended Social Services, a statement was made that Maureen had expressed a wish that she did not want to return home and the Hospital could not keep treating Maureen after her foot had recovered. It is absolutely clear that coercion of a vulnerable member of public has taken place. Needless to say, Maureen was in a state of confusion the following day. I do not know what right Social Services or the Health authority believe they had to do this, but the fact is that they can just to step in and take over the life of another person, regardless of family or carers or other support mechanisms, is highly disturbing. In fact it is more akin to the way the Gestapo behave. I would describe both the health authority and Social Service agencies as very highly dangerous. They can abuse human rights at a whim, they can step in and take over someone elses life, as they think fit. Not only that they can alter evidence, create and engineer falsified reports in order to achieve their objectives. They have also in previous cases, commited perjury, altered medical documentation, lied in court in order to pervert the course of justice, all because they have the power to do so. They also use the secrecy and confidentiality of the family courts and the court of protection as an enablement to do so. No one can question their actions. In many ways, the family courts and the courts of protection are both similar to, and behave in a similar manner, to the peoples court set up by Hitler in 1934. Indeed, the very essence of these courts is control, coercion and conspiracy. There have been many many cases which have reflected all of these aspects. Evidence oft times summary, uncorroborated and manufactured, evidence is based, as I have said earlier, around lies, engineering, deception, supposition and even speculation itself is presented as evidence, under the heading of - Significant Risk! - Or risk of significant harm, this can be used in terms of emotional abuse, physical abuse, mental abuse, or simply as a method of procuring the person, for the purposes of the State, in order to achieve the State objective. These courts can be criminal and corrupt. WARNING! IN MANY CASES THE FAMILY COURTS AND THE COURTS OF PROTECTION HAVE BEEN UNJUST CORRUPT AND FRAUDULENT. I CANNOT EXPRESS OR WARN PEOPLE ENOUGH ABOUT THE DANGERS AND POWERS INVESTED IN THEM BY OUR GOVERNMENT! I CANNOT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH! -
