- Support If you are receiving incorrect Channel Names on your set top box or duplicate of selected channels, please follow the steps below: Step 1: 1. Press Menu on SKY Pacific remote and select Advanced Installation from the main menu option. 2. Note down the current LNB Type on Advanced Installation. 3. Press the Yellow button on your SKY Pacific remote to Edit current TP. 4. On TP Edit page, note down the Polarity. 5. Press Menu button on SKY Pacific remote to exit the settings. Step 2: 1. Press Menu on SKY Pacific remote and select User Set Up from the main menu. 2. Select Factory Default. (Note: Using this option, will reset all the personalized settings on set top box) 3. Enter STB password: 1357 and press OK to scan and reset the set top box. If you receive a message No Channel or No Signal or Bad Channel following the instructions on Step 2 above, proceed as follows: Step 3: 1. Press Menu on SKY Pacific remote and select Advanced Installation from the main menu option. 2. Change the LNB type to the setting as noted on Step 1 above. 3. Press the Yellow button on your SKY Pacific remote to Edit current TP. 4. Change the Polarity type to the setting as noted on Step 1 above. 5. Press OK button to highlight the current TP. 6. Press RED button on your SKY remote to start scan. 7. Once the progress bar is 100%; 8. Press Menu to exit.
