,-,,x CD,Michael Dematty, Jeff DeMatty, Brian DeMatty, Hugh Hawkey, Jessie Fowkes, Uncle Kevin Jon Hawes, Ryan Hawes, Shawn Quigley Beatty, Michelle Guy, today on September 25, 2014 Michael Karol was parked in front of my Irwin home. When I asked him why are u here?, he responded, im here to bring some of ur belongings. I said well then come get the rest of ur items from the house as well! He proceeded to come into my residence to gather some things and take them to the car, as we went to the car the second time I simply asked please can u give me my house keys before you leave he then sits for a moment, I repeated come on Michael, I want my keys back! He then gets ready to put the keys in the ignition to start the car, so I go and stand in front of the vehicle in the hopes that , he would have no choice but to stop and give me my house. Needless to say he put his car in drive, hits the gas peddle and hits me with the car hard enough that I landed on the hood of the car! He continues to drive forward, so I grab onto the first thing I can hang on for dear life because at this point I am terrified I was going to b thrown from the car and hit my head or even worse get knocked off and ran completely over! Then he shakes the car back and forth trying to knock me off! He then puts the car in reverse, and hits the gas, my legs get drug on the ground so I pull my legs up the best I can so the dont get injured worse. He puts it in drive again and drives forward, while jerking the car every way he can to knock me off! I start screaming stop the car, let me off please, my feet r dragging, please stop! Someone call the cops! Please help! He doesnt stop the car, not even long enough for me to safely get off the vehicle! He continues driving forward n backward up and down walnut st, 5th and does everything in his power to injure me in the process! Finally the neighborhood folks who hear my cries for help start running after the vehicle trying to help me in this very unsafe situation. The police and ambulance arrive minutes after me finally being able to safely get off the vehicle! Luckily a nurse was on scene before the medics got there, so she guided me into the right steps so she could safely check out my legs, knees and ankles that kept being drug underneath the the car to see if there were n e broken bones, fractures, or tares the that were visible to her with her experience. At the time I felt ok enough to not go to the hospital, but a few hrs later now my knees swollen and I can barely bend them or move them in n e way! My right ankle is either sprained or very badly bruised on the inside, my elbows are scraped n sore, my necks got scrapes , my chest, my stomache and needless to say the cops r pressing charges and have to go up to the hospital to get my body xrayed to see what time of damage is done. I need u all to be on the lookout for Michael Karol the cops r looking for him and the getting a warrant for has arrest since he isnt responding to the officers multiple phone call attempts.
