-Because everyone and their mother is posting this, Ill just give my two cents. First off: Ive had this idea for a long time, as far as early Season 3. Glad to see that Riot is implementing it. To those of you who think this is a terrible idea, I want to ask why? If I was a toxic player who rages and gets frustrated, I would much rather be taken off of Ranked queues to cool off in Normals, than continue torturing myself in ranked. Besides, if toxic players are restricted from ranked its good for both ends of the spectrum. Now you dont have to get 300 game chat restrictions, or have your account suspended for two days, and for those who are polite and afraid of getting ranked suspensions, should have absolutely nothing to worry about. Yes I know, not everyone is toxic 24/7, but this system seems to be centered around making you calm down and taking you out of the competitive ranked environment. Its essentially Riots way of saying Its for your own good pcgamer/2014/09/24/league-of-legends-to-block-toxic-players-from-joining-ranked-queues/
