Tennis Legend Stefan Edberg and 17-time Grand Slam Champion - TopicsExpress

Tennis Legend Stefan Edberg and 17-time Grand Slam Champion Roger Federer have started working together about 5 months ago. Their collaboration seems to have worked out very well for the Swiss, who enjoyed a very good start of his 2014 season. Happy with the results, the two revealed how they decided to work together at least until the end of the year. The Swiss learned very soon how to trust the Swedish legend. One of the first things we talked about, was what we could do to improve his game and develop it. Roger is 32 year old, but I think he needs to be more aggressive, attack more. I think he understood that, and he agrees. He is an all-court player, but in the past he won a lot staying at the back. I dont think I reveal a great secret saying that today Roger cant beat the very best players in the World staying at the back of the baseline and playing a defensive game. He has a great serve, amazing forehand and a good game at the net, so he needs to use this skills more revealed Stefan. Many still wonder if Federer may still have another Grand Slam victory in him. I told Roger that he still has a chance to win important tournaments. He is playing very well. The French Open, as you can imagine, is not a priority, but with a little luck in the main draws shuffle he can do very well this year in Paris. At Wimbledon and the US Open his chances grow bigger finished the Swedish. Tennis World analysed who is Rogers biggest threat to another French Open win, together with the threats for his greater opponents, such as Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray.
