-What a gorgeous fall afternoon. Ryan is outside raking leaves with the kids. I have been baking up a storm. I made a cool pumpkin spice filling to go in my mini graham cracker crusts, the hot chocolate cupcakes are finishing... I am using the prepackaged frosting and a little trick of mine as a marshmallow filling and a homemade marshmallow buttercream frosting to top these bad boys off. I decided for a quick and simple supper of grilled cheese and soup for supper while popcorn, desserts, & movies are in order for tonight. I wonder if UV Cake will taste good in hot chocolate???? We shall see. I think some homemade bread or cinnamon rolls might be in order!
