03.17 Alarm clock in mi head went off 5 mins ago so toilet n caffeine hit first then play the DVD i crashed out watching last neet. I give up wi mi sleep pattern trying to stay awake longer so i wont wake u early but it dont work sod it mek best outta ye day so prob go fer a run bout 04.30 then today me n Bridget has gotta go to Staithes art gallery to drop stuff off then were off to Runswick bay fer a nice walk on beach nuff fer now catch ye later peeps xx
