06/29/2014.......[HEALTH].......ZCin2020 has received reports that the city has already registered a total of 35 HIV cases since January 1 this year. Yet, we have not heard nor read any news reports regarding this alarming report. Last year, the city reportedly recorded 36 HIV cases. WHERE is City Health Officer, DR. RODEL AGBULOS? Last we heard he was flying to the Middle East to educate Filipino OFWs on how to avoid contracting the MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome). Or, is Dr. Agbulos on a honeymoon abroad (again!) with a new boytoy? ===========
